im very impressed with these from winchester but i want to load them myself with some bb or f lead shot. anybody know how to make them?

Honestly, you can't. If you were to take one apart, you still wouldn't know the type of powder used. Then you would need the exact wad, and buffer. Then you would need the exact case. Buy the newest Lyman shot shell manual, and look for a combo that is similar, is the best you can do. Shot shells are not like loading center fire rifle, as you have to follow the exact load data, or you can get in trouble quick.

Plus Winchester uses some proprietary syrup that is poured into and around the loaded shot that hardens. Great turkey shells-4 shots 4 kills.

Try Ballistic products Inc.
They have a lot of resources for long range shotgun reloading.
If you pattern your loads you can learn a lot.

ballistic products is where i get all my stuff and i got there reloading book and the lymans but cant find anything like that in them. i was really asking if anybody knew if there was data out there for that syrup design. the closest to that that i have found is loads using the myler and teflon wraps but that is really for protecting your barrel from what i understand and not for holding the shot together like that syrup does. I am still waiting for some flight control and diamond cut wads to come out for loading buckshot but so far that is not looking real promising ether.
