I guess that I really screwed up I used an old metal gauge that was given to me by an old reloader and it has a space for all different calibers to fit though. It did not have a 22-250 on it but it had a 22 varmint that he said was the wild cat name for the 22-250. Any way I trimmed the 250 cases so they would easily fit through the gauge. When I checked the book the trim length was quite a bit longer than what I had the cases trimmed to.
The book says to trim to 1.912 the cased are trimmed to from 1.882 to 1.884 .
1 If I load these cases and use them will I hurt my Tieka?
2 Will I lose accuracy by using this short brass?
I sure would appreciate any help that you can give me
Thank you guys for all your help Jim
