If money was not a concern, which rifle would you choose?

I would pick a Dakota Predator in 20Tac, then I would put some Talleys on it to hold a Z5 5x25 Swarovski................

It would look like this.

But since I have that one I would choose again, I would like to have the same set up only in a 20VT, they both would go nice with the 17FB I already have.

But for a true "factory" rifle,
I did recently buy a 700CDL Limited Edition 17FB, its a nice rifle. I had it punched out to 17Tac and its a pretty good shooter. I am completely happy with it. I think thats the jest of the thread.

Dont brag much do you?

Wow, 2muchgun doesnt seem to get the question because none of his post are relative to the topic. You should learn to relaxe, it was just a simple question, didnt mean to offend anyone with my question.

Sakos shoot. Period. Some of the older models were some of the best made factory rifles ever produced, by anyone, ever, IMO. Vixen .222 was one of my favorites.

I'm not a big fan of the current model 85, but liked the model 75 pretty well. This one shoots tiny groups.......

Sorry, but can't say as I am a fan of Tikka, Steyr, or Sauer. I do still have a Sauer made Mark V though......

ha, you guys arguing factory or custom crack me up as if we dont like them all. this is just conversation between friends. i'll just say that I want a kimber montana model in .223 or 22-250. I would be afraid to take anything cooler than that out of the case. MG

factory?
savage model 14 American Classic in 250 savage. ff2 4.5x14 b plex. $800-1200 and i am a happy camper.

i am into hunting and hitting what i shoot at, not shooting the nuts off a gnat at 200 yards 5 shots in a row.

An UltraLightArms in 25-06 AI. If that's considered a custom, then a Remington VSSF in 220 Swift, just like the one that sold on here a couple weeks ago!
