Yup! You sure take your chances. I went in to the Casper store asking about a lefty coyote rifle and the Gun Manager pointed me to a Tikka and made a good pitch. He explained that Tikka was going to offer some lefthanded rifles later this summer. We talked about several possibilities and I left certain that he knew his stuff.

I went in last Friday to look for a rimfire scope to put on a 1022 that I want to pimp out this summer. That guy had no idea and less time.
 
It's just like the primer scare 20 years ago and the toilet paper scare 25 years ago. A rumor gets started and people buy extra and make the rumor come true.

There are still 20 year old primers coming on the market because people bought more than they could ever use in their lifetimes. Maybe this scare will enable them to sell them somewhere close to the inflated price they paid for them.
