Isreal threatens to attack Iran

Quote:
Yrs ago, a close friend of mine & a friend of his. Tresspassed on a pond that was cut in half by a hanging fenceline. They had "permission on one side only". They ended up shooting some wild ducks, mixed in with some tame of the "other farmer's".

They were soon surrounded by an angry group of farmer's. Some with firearms. My friend asked for them to call the S.O. To clear it up. They refused.

They attacked the two[one was my friend] tresspasser's & beat them bad. Real bad....Also took away "their shotguns" A couple months later, all charges were dropped. Et their shotguns were returned by the S.O.

I told my friend, I would've more than likely died that day. Taking as many[lynch mob farmer's] as I could, with me.

Took one of my Bro's to SD, to hunt coyote many yrs later. We discussed my friends story on the trip. We both said, if it were to happen to us for WHATEVER reason. We'll go down in a hail of gunfire, taking the mob with us.

Talking/negotiating don't mean squat, if they want to do you in. Do them first.

Dang Kirby, I'm liking you more every day /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif. Thats the kind of grit that built this country /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif Where's your ancestry from? Wouldn't be from Scandinavia or there abouts? Thats where real warriors come from. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Look at Richard Nixon’s brilliant move of talking to China

A brilliant move? Propping up a communist nations economy and bringing credibility to one of the greatest violators of human rights in the history of mankind?

This was one of the most disastrous moves made by a president in the 20th century.

Our economy continues to suffer due to the jobs and industry that have been lost to a nation that is using our money to build a military set on our destruction!

Yeah, a real brilliant move.

I encourage Isreal to strike Iran first. We'll have their back. If it indeed comes about, Iran will lose. Can't see anything negative about that.

Ya thats right nothing would be negative for us, since Iran doesnt have any nukes to retaliate with.

They can still do a lot of damage without nukes--you forgot what 19 scumbags did with box cutters on 9/11.

President Tom in Iran is nuts, plain and simple, and will have to be dealt with sooner or later.

Like Bill B. said earlier, I would hate to be on Israel's short list. War is not a fair fight--you are too hung up on having decorum, nice words, chivalry and the like. All that will do is get you killed.

Thank God, (whatever God you wish), that Israel has not a speck of political correctness in their nature, unlike what PC has done to our great nation.

If you want to ask someone how they handle things, talk with the terrorists and planners of the massacre of the Israeli athletes at the Olympic games in '72--Oh, I forgot, I guess you can't, because they are all DEAD!!!!

Good luck on your liberal education and your liberal leanings the rest of your life! As for me, I am beginning to love the ignore button!

Tim

jwp,
You have to understand something that is absolute fact. Iran hates the US, Iran hates Israel. Iran is bad, real bad, for the world.

It is about religion, it is about power and no country should put up with that kind of constant threat. War is an ugly thing, but that is the only way to put a country back on track.

Israel can be very diplomatic by telling Iran, after it's destruction of Iran, to "please don't bark again, you'll wake the neighbors".

it is probably safe to say the Israelis have a much better intelligence picture of what is going on in the middle east than any other nation and/or organization in the world.

Their reconnaissance, or spy, satellite capability is second only to ours. But their Central Institute for Intelligence and Security, the "Mossad", makes our CIA look weak.

Amen, NASA I was scrolling down wondering if any of our other members put more faith in a guided tour of a nuclear inspection team or the Mossad.... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif

Folks have to be drinking buttermilk and kool aid at the same time to believe the Iranians don't have nukes or are developing them. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smiliesmack.gif

I hope Israel hits those clowns hard when the time comes, I support them in everything they do.

JWP you mentioned going to college, I assume your fairly young, maybe you should join the military or some other large agency that deals with a wide variety of life issues and get some experience, then you can applie your education and maybe really have a clue of what's happening.

You argue many issue that seem to be based on your reading and not much else. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused1.gif

Your agruing with some members who have 20 times the life experience, you'll never convince those to change their views based on what you have read vs their personal knowledge of REAL LIFE ISSUES..

Myself I had the honor and pleasure of spending some time with a couple IDF military officers when I was in the Army, I have nothing but respect for the objectives and deticated desire to protect their nation from any threat.

I'll take 35 years of life experience in public service over any Phd holding idiot anytime.. ;

That's why I'm comfortable with John McCain and his 71 years on this earth, military background, and many years in politics over OBAMA 46 years on this earth and a couple of years in the senate and no track record that shows much.

Like McCain or not, I'll take my chances with the more experienced party involved.

Yes, it was a brilliant move. Not so much for the effect it had on China as the effect it had on Russia.

So now we have the former Soviet Union with a population of 300,000,000 weakened, and China, a communist nation with a population of 1.3 billion strengthened.

I see your logic. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
