I just purchased a lee "perfect powder measure" this weekend. It was a hard deal to turn down, $20 at the gun show. I got it set up this evening. The manual says to run one hopper of powder through it to get the static out and i suppose break it in so to speak. I did that and I'm still having some trouble getting all the powder to drop on every cycle. If I tap the side of it a few times all the powder will drop and it measures very accurately, within .1 grains so far. I was wondering if this is something I will have to do with this powder measure all the time, or if it will "break in" with time. Also I now have my reloading table set up over carpet, and I didnt know if the static electricity might affect it worse now. Thanks for the help.
