Nikon customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!

I was getting ready to send in my Monarch 2-8. The "click" adjustments on the windage and elevation are pretty wimpy sounding. This is making me nervous about sending it in.

I know this has nothing to do with Nikon but I have sent two weaver scopes back recently for a tune up on one and reticle change on the other and turn around time ,quality of work done ect.,I was very pleased.They had a question about one and called me and asked what I would like to do, discuss options,were professional,I was pleased and satisfied.

Glad to hear you were treated right and it was done right the 1st time.

I havent made a 3d all year cause I have had 2 shoulder surgeries, right now im just hoping to get to hunt early season.
