NUTSACK CALL POUCH

I just retuned from my friends place where he has a processing business that handles everything from cattle to alligators. He was processing this big bull and he was saving the nutsack. I was curious about his desire to keep the nutsack and he showed me one that he had recently customized to store his bullets in when he hunts.
His process for making the nutsack consist of removing the nutsack, removing the nuts from the sack, turning the nutsack inside out, scraping and salting and then curing.
The finished product is a unique little or big depending on the bull leather tanned hide that is perfect for use as a carrying pouch. Now with all this said, I am planning to get me a nutsack to use as a carrying pouch for a few calls when I go out yote hunting. I will try and post a few pics when I get it finished. Cooper17HMR

I would really like to see some pics of said nutsack. Maybe he should give it a name. That way when you show some one you won`t have to refer to it as your nutsack.

Just call it a poke!

I had one several years ago made from a little African deer of some sort, maybe a dik-dik or something.

I called it a dik-dik sack.
It was really handy for carrying my balls at the range.....my cast lead muzzle loader balls.

Out of context, I know! But couldn't resist.

Problem with keeping your calls in a nutsack call pouch is that during the winter, they shrivel up so much that you can't get your calls out.

Dickey-doo, when your gut sticks out farther than your Dickey-doo...........I second the motion and make sure you don't get the winter time blues with it==============

3"s of clothes and only 1" of peter

I shot a nasty ole Bighorn Ram way back on the Middle Fork Salmon River. I tanned his bag, put a carry strap on it and use it to carry my FoxPro, lunch and a extra jacket.

Jest kidding.

I don't really put my lunch in it.

Just don't hang it around your neck as a lanyard. You know what that would make your head look like. Drop it in the creek and it would be a teabag

Sorry, thats the best i could come up with right now.
You could buy some Kettle Kreek Little Pecker calls and keep in there

I couldn't do that with my Dik-Dik sack.
One of his nads was about the size of a peanut.....and the other one was kinda small.
