OK Lets say your guns are banned!

Have them bring plenty of body bags with them and come get them. They will be hauling me off in one but there is going to be several that gose with me if they try to take them. Im fed up with all the Bull [beeep] about it. When it comes down to it the talking stops time to stand up for are freedom if it does come down to that. If people run and hide and [beeep] foot around with them then this great country will be no better then hitlers was. Ta [beeep] with that USA stands for FREEDOM. In my honest opion i dont think they will ever try to disarm us. But im not arfaid to fight for what is right. And some one telling me when i can piss and where is not going to work. Soon as i read the opening post i got really pissed off lets prevent the crap from happening before it even gets close to a civil war. There is several pro gun groups that need as much backing now then ever. Support them as much as you can. Have every one you know join and support them. This is not only about guns this is about freedom and are rights as americans. Once the start chipping away it will keep happening until all is lost. As they have all ready found out the people of this great nation is NOT going to stand there and let THERE gov walk over them. And if they are willing To let them walk all over them. Well they better pack there [beeep] and get out its going to be a long fight for all of us that say, ta hellll with his change.
And by the way im in no way a rebel and dont want to be. Im a law abiding citizen that minds my own bussniess and dont mess with no one. But there is a time when a person gets feed up and tired of getting walked on. Are fore fathers fought for what we have. If they try to take that away then they im my opion are just as much a terriost as Any. Eveything was wrote in stone for a reason NOT to be INFRINGED that means any part of it. Not just one but all. Not here to arguee with any one this is how i feel how and for a long time.
We need to get a normal working class person in the office who knows what values are (Or at least a true american) then things will be better off. Once he is out of office we are going to NEED change. Better yet We all ready NEED it more then ever. Were in a big hole right now when he gets done its going to look like a snad box compared to what he has in store.

While I seriously doubt there will be 'door-to-door' searches on a wide spread basis.... Just as a rhetorical question,,, If you own one of the many forms of any that are on the list and it is not "grandfathered" as with the '94 ban, how will you enjoy it??

We can all bury them, deny owning them, etc....and even forcefully resist someone taking them..... But are you willing to lose everything else near and dear to you to keep them???
I'm not suggesting, or claiming anything, just trying to cause some responsible thought on the matter...The "Founding Fathers" had to make a similar decision both collectively and as individuals when they convened the Continental Congress in Philadelphia over 200 years ago....

Wise words OldTurtle,but we need to join together and not let it come to this.I hope everybody looks at Rod Haydel's post on the predator hunting forum,he labeled it worth watching...That video has more truth to it than anything I have ever seen in my lifetime period...We need to stand together and have a big march in Washington DC instead of sitting around and waiting for something to happen.We need to be the predators not the prey!!!Like the guy in the video said(we need to be patriots).....Chad

I also have the need to fight for freedom. However, I have a family to support and grandkids coming some day that I want to meet.

I keep thinking of how many time I've heard the statement "I didnt renew my NRA membership cause I'm sick of all the mail I get from them asking for money."

I agree MTurbo,but we have to ask ourselves what are we doing as gun owners?Do we just pay our NRA dues once a year and say well I done my part I paid my dues?Im guilty of this also and I think there needs to be an upriseing from all gun owners to make a stand,a national holiday for all gun owners to have a march on capital hill once or twice a year to let the world know that their are proud gun owners in US of A and it is our right to own firearms..It makes me set here and think does PITA AND GAY RIGHTS activeist have bigger balls than we do? They seem to be loud and proud and are on the world news it seems like every time you turn on the TV because they have had a protest or a march somewhere and we as gun owners seem to be not loud and ashamed.We need to get a grip on whats going on AND BE HEARD,instead of just paying dues,because there is going to be a reckoning and it better be for our side....Chad

Research what happened in Canada when they tried to register the guns, all guns. The media never talks about it, and the NRA doesn't even mention it, but research it and realize the dates and time frames from start to finish. Over ten years or so they only got lists on about 5% or so of the estimated weapons, spent about a billion dollars (literally) tryiing it, and then it was repealed by a more conservative gov't elected in over time.
Basically, what guns? Right now, they don't know here most of the guns are - period. They only know if we tell them. Thru 4473's, they can fairly safely assume most people on a 4473 have more than one, but if we all traded guns (i.e. drop the emotion on the inanimate objects we own, and trade even up for another, which is legal right now, except for handguns), it will immensely compound gun-tracing. Then build underground ranges to quiet the practice (ie training), and components can be made with some work, so there you go.....theoretically. In fact, build them now. And stock up as opportunity rears it's head.
Realistically, losing face with family, customers, neighbors, etc. would take it's attrition on honest people. And they would use coercion, lies, accusations, all perpetuated by a willing media.
Not to make it sound like it isn't a realistic possibility - it is VERY real! But we are the most independent people on the face of the Earth when it comes to our gov't, and we will persevere, albiet by bleeding and dying perhaps.
I keep track of those that I have bought locally with no paperwork (legal for longguns face to face here), and those that I have purchased thru a FFL w/ paperwork, and am working to minimize the ones with paperwork. Those they can have if they show that I didn't sell them last year, and they can find them. They would most likely start by arresting those least likely to resist first for examples. With no wife and kids, being the martyr isn't such a bleak possibility - others will bend much easier.
Right now, I'm not too worried about my opinion broadcast on the net, and 80 million or so gun owners is a [beeep] of a lot to track down. Only over time, and with taking rights away one by one, can they hope to succeed. Newer generations are more likely to be more controlled. And be forever vigilant in your opinion w/ friends, neighbors, fellow gun owners on belonging to and supporting NRA, GOA, etc. and never letting it get too far in the first place. [beeep], we have all kinds of studies showing, for real, that more guns in lawful owners' hands actually reduces crime. So why are we hiding?!?!?!?
I know I sound like a militia nut, but it MAY come to this if we don't just continue to fight at the polls, on forums like this, etc. Here we are preaching to the choir, but we need to take that message to all of the rest of the lawful citizen's of the country, and the world for that matter, and make them understand what has happened elsewhere, and could happen here, and why it shouldn't. This ever-growing entitlement state may be our big downfall and needs addressed about a decade ago! Populating this country with those unwilling to do for themselves,, has shown thru history to lead to major civil unrest! Rant off.

If they were dumb enough show up and knock on my door and ask me for my guns I would say "I dont have any." and shut the door in the face.If they didnt get the message and knocked on the door again my door would have 00 buckshot holes in it.Im not just a kiddin either.
