Potguts in Utah???

Any one know a good place to go shoot some potguts in utah. I haven't been since i was a kid and i want to get my wife more into hunting and i think this could be a fun way. Thanks, Jeremy

Finding them is all part of it. Go out and see what's there. I've found good shooting by spending time looking......I don't go directing people there.

The benches above Bountiful are full of them. They constantly run across the trail while Jeeping above the "B"

I have seen a few on the west side of utah lake. Some bunnys too. My savage had a good day that day. Id check it out if I were you.

I haven't come across a town of them for years. Seen a few here and there, but the numbers aren't enough to make it worth going out for.

Maybe a trip to Wyoming for P dogs is in order?

I would be up for going to wyoming for p-dogs. I just never been hunting in wyoming, do ya need a tag or is it a free from all.

There are a bunch of pot guts down here in Sanpete up on Skyline Drive, but you wont get up there till late June..

IF you know any one who runs a camp ground they usually have a ton of them and are more than Happy to let you take them out. We go to Pine View Res, with Pellet guns and shoot 2-3 tins of pellets in a day.
