Alright so I have a Predator Pursuit 20" stainless that I took out shooting a couple of days ago. I am having troubles when cleaning.
I follow the instructions on the CR-10 (wet patch wait, another wet patch, wait then a brush ten times until clean) that is supposed to remove copper fouling. Here is the thing though. The first couple of swabs are pretty dirty but not a lot of blue on it. Then they just keep coming out brown as long as i am using the nylon brush. If I do not use the brush the wet patches come out with nothing on them.
Question? Is the nylon brush the reason the patches are coming out dirty? Is it putting stuff in the barrel instead of taking it out and are the patches just getting that out? Is the stainless barrel good at not fouling a lot.
Left to right in order of cleaning.
