I wasn't trying to heckle & I am sincer in my offer of the rings/bases.
Also, you didn't answer my question about the stiller, but whoever did talk you into it (it seems no one here carries any clout), ask them about rings too!!! Go ahead & get the picatinny. Unless your trying to be LW, no sense in skimping now!!!

B) I'm sure I'm not the one that talked you into a stiller as I have never suggested that to you whatsoever. If I can't talk you into a nice HS Precision stock
than I'm sure not gonna try to sell you the idea of a custom action. I was trying to find out what voice of reason you actually would listen to.

D) LW= Light Weight -- Picatinny rings are somewhat heavy & will add weight to your rig. +++ don't cut yourself short on your great knowledge. I mean your already 2/13th through the alphebet.
I really had no intentions of my post taking a turn in the thread. I only tried to help. You should really chillax (I picked that one up from my 12yo, I know you will like it), and try to take suggestions for what they are. You don't have to snap everytime someone mentions something different than what your currently thinking. I mean, come on... we are a long ways from your old post buying a factory SPS when you would not hear of custom actions or aftermarket stocks. They were first just suggestions...

Can Stillers be bought off the self, or do they need to be ordered and wait ?

Find a stocking dealer and give them a phone call. You have to have an FFL for them to send it DIRECTLY to you...otherwise to the FFL holder and then you.
From my VAST online internet research....

I'm sorry you can't decipher typical abbreviation or misspelled words. Please don't go through all my old posts. You will never understand anything I ever say. I'm just one evolution above writing on the screen with a crayon. I do not waste much time with spelling; more emphasis is put into the thought & usefulness of my post, you should try that sometime.
Maybe I can get my son to answer some your post. He's prolly a better speller than me & no doubt could teach you a thing or two about shooting too. As well as some kewl shouts....

Just looked a "stocking" dealer, $ 900 for a Stiller is that really the going rate ?
