Most places you can hunt them year round. As stated above, check your regs. It really depends what your purpose in hunting them is. If you want the hides, winter and late fall is your time. Their fur is at its finest. If you’re doing population control, well anytime is the right time. I do truly love hunting them so just as stated above I avoid hunting them during pup season and let the population rejuvenate. Either way, I hope you have as much fun hunting them as I do. Good luck.
