Swivel Shooting Chair......NICE

I like the idea, buit who would carry a 21 pound chair 100 to 200 yards to a coyote stand?

If anyone knows where I can buy a quiet, aluminum swivel, I will make my own and it will weigh only 2 pounds.

I've thought about it for the bed of my truck. I ambush some every year heading back to bed in the mornings. But the cab of the truck is windproof.
100 to 200 yards, wow!!! In this open ground here it's 1/4 to 1/2 mile to get away from the truck, which can usually still be seen.

Just a suggestion in the state( IL ) don't even think of shooting out of or leaning against your vehicle as there is a huge fine and they can take your car or truck used in the commission of a crime. Every state has different rules so be careful.

thanks for the warning Rifleman. In Arkensaw, as long as you're 100 feet off of a public road, and the vehicle is stoped, you are OK.
I set on field roads and watch for the coyotes mousing or traveling in the mornings.

21 lbs is nothing... heck... I carry a 24 lb treestand on my back... plus a fanny pack... plus my big butt through the woods... over the hills... and across raging streams. I thought this foldable setup would be good for hunting and for just shooting... and with straps... it would carry easy... what do ya say...

I have one, mine is 17 lbs. I use it for yotes, gophers and when rattling whitetails.

Oh I just thought of an idea....mount a red light to the Rifle rest and hang the Battery off the back!

They seem pretty sturdy. You have to be on reasonably level ground for them to be comfortable though. I am about 270 lbs and it hasn't thrown me yet.

You guys that carry these to call coyotes from....
man, you guys are tough customers!
Even if I didn't already have 2 herniated discs, there's no way I could, or would want to carry a 17#-20# seat.
Heck I think carrying one that weighs 2# is a bad enough, LOL.
My hat's off to you guys!

i have an RCBS R.A.S.S. bench that has wheels for PD and gopher hunting and it works awsome, but i wouldnt dream of hauling it all over the place for coyotes. you guys are tough
