All of this B S is getting way out of hand. You guys are flaming a person you have never delt with or had limited dealings with, Or are basing your decision on what others say. ( Not intended for the folks affected or owed funds)
Untill you know the truth, quit hidding behind your keyboard and act like a man. The people who started this are no better than the guilty party for bashing a man in a public forum, which is illeagle by the way.
This has gone on long enough and seems to be the normal operation on this board. Not cool guys, Not cool at all.
A good lawyer and this form will be owned by someone else, Think about it. All who posted negative comments could be sued for defimation of character.
 
Hogtrapper. i know i'm already getting sued. i dont know what Lince tell's you since your one of his moderator's.so your saying it is okay to order these call's and not pay for them.i'm sure i'm a bad guy to you..what ever Lince is a liar.you need the the story bud. Rick

I'm not sure as I have never had a dealing with this fella, but is wrong to call a conman a conman or a thief a thief?

From the outside looking in there seems to be quite a few call makers spanned out over several boards that have had the same dealings with this fella, and they are finally getting together and sharing thier information. I'm no judge but if I was on a jury, a pattern like the one this so called fella is laying out, would sure lead me to believe he is doing something thats not legit? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused1.gif

And as far as the law suit thingy....I think these call makers would have a better fuel for the fire. Besides no one has been to bad....just calling it like they see it.

Have you asked this fella if these alligations by call makers are legit, and do you believe him, and what if he is conning you too? Or this post a vested intrest because you moderate that board?

Seems like a man that has a board (If he does), with some high profile moderators, and well like moderators like he does. You wouldn't think you would want that tarnished? Hogtrapper, I don't mean to come off wrong here but Alaskan Yoter is right! If I was on a jury I would see this man guilty! Get me for defimation of character. If you were to give the guy the benifit of the doubt and maybe he's just waiting financial ability to send funds, then why order the call. Muchless more than one from different people. As the call makers stated, most have never had a bad experience with anybody from this board, all it takes is an e-mail or a pm to keep a guy updated! You never know, maybe he just lost his check book.

I realize you're not directing this at me and I didn't bash the guy, but he owes me money, plain and simple.

From what I've heard he owes several others who prefer to remain silent which is fine. The few that I've talked to have gotten the same line I got so it's no coincidence.

So far, out of everyone that's posted in this thread, I've had dealings with 11 and all are topnotch guys concerned about what's right.

Do you really think RR would have posted this warning without thoroughly looking into the situation before hand following several complaints?

I had some bad dealing with this guy on E-bay. I was even contacted by the law in Odessa, TX. wanting to know if I knew where he was. Seems they had a few thing to talk to him about. I didnt know he was part of the PJ site. Till I read this and went back and looked at some e-mails.

Defimation of character....if it walks like a duck and sounds like a duck???????
 
Look guys, I am not defending him, If he owes you money, I want you to get your money. I am going to look into this on my end. Yes, Lince is a friend of mine, and I am a mod on his board.
I just think bashing a man in an open forum is wrong. This forum is a middle man so to speak, and lots of non members read here. Is this the impression you guys want to make on potential new members. I do not believe in this kind of action from either party.

Rick, you and I have done business together and it was a smooth transaction, And I emagine we will do business again. Even after all this started Lince ordered a large box of 2x2 Mesquite from me for you. I don't know what it's about, But i do know it will be ready to mail in about a week.

If Lince, or CritRDone owes you money, PM me and I will try and get to the bottom of things.

Oh I didnt just bash Jay here, but in the e-mail sent to him lastnight to let him know he had screwed me for the 2nd time. Didnt even sign his name to his e-mails. Stupid on my part for sending call to him? Yes it was. If he would like to come on here and call me a dumbazz for sending him calls, I'll take it. I see a "snake in the grass" I call him out. Thats what most guys on this or any fourm will do to keep a fellow hunter from gettin the shaft. If Jay would like to talk things out face to face I'll be more than happy to meet up with him. He knows full well what he is doin over there at PJ.... Get the call makers to send him a few calls so you can sell on his site... Man gets him some free calls, and as I recall he was tryin to open a call store in west Texas. What a way to stock a store.

and as for suing for defamation of character the ONLY WAY this would be possible is by proving NONE of these statements or facts are true,,,and from what i have gathered so far it seems that MOST or ALL of these statements have some truth to them,i went to some of the sites that had a link on here such as texasdeer.com and read the members post's from that site and it seems to me that this is NOT an isolated incident and dont think it will hold up very well in a law suit with ANY JURY
so if you have contact with him post his side of the story,,he will have to anyhow in a defamation law suit so he might as well start now
