I wouldn't put it back in the neutralizing bath, it could over neutralize and ruin your tan. When using the Krowtann 2000 make sure you follow the neutralization to a T, many people have had problems with slippage by neutralizing with to much soda or to long duration in the mixture.
I'm not real familiar with badgers but if you found more grease during fleshing then you may not have a good tan. Some animals require degreasing prior to tan. I have used Rittels super safety solvent to degrease a bear prior to Krowtann and it came out nice. Some people use 4oz of Dawn per gallon of water and have some success degreasing with it, but I have never used the Dawn.
I would degrease it, then perform the cycle again. I know this isn't what you wanted to hear but if grease came out when you did your final fleshing the skin may not have a good tan. Think of it this way, if you soak a rag in oil/grease then put it in water, the rag will not absorb the water. The same thing can happen with a skin, the tan may not penetrate all the way through. Good luck
