Hell, I was proud of Rowney for having the balls to speak his mind and start this post. NASA slammed him pretty hard right from the get go, others smelled blood, and the fight rages on. It seems to me we have folks all arguing for the common good, I think everyone agrees we need more border protection and security. Wife #1 was Chinese. We lasted 18 years. Her grandparents were immigrants. Legal immigrants.

Wife #2 was Mexican. We lasted 19 years. Her parents were immigrants. Legal immigrants. I sat with them when they were sworn in.

I dont care about PC bull [beeep], my point was made. I know my Mexican friends and inlaws would not like me calling them wetbacks though. In here its fine, but out in the real world you can not win an argument that way.
 
Me thinks that some of you guys may want to slow down and listen to what NASA has to say. He is extremely well informed on this issue. I have been watching his posts for a long time and I have never gotten any hint of a "racist" agenda from him. In a nutshell, he is saying our government should enforce and obey our current laws. Typical tactic of the left is when someone really starts exposing the truth, they cry foul by labeling someone a "racist" or "far right" or whatever else. GWB did just what I thought he would do, a lot of talk and the "problem" will just get worse.
 
if africans, southeast asians, russians, polish, french, canadians, egyptians or lybians are here ILLEGALLY, i'm sure we all feel the same way. it's just that a greater proportion of the ILLEGALS are MEXICAN! round 'em all up and send them home and make them come here LEGALLY.

99.99% of us are descended from immigrants. what differs from us to the NEW ILLEGALS is that our ancestors passed thru Ellis Island to get here LEGALLY! they weren't floating here on inner-tubes or being smuggled in steamer trunks or walking the desert to hop over a fence. they knew the right way and earned their citizenship. there is a right and wrong way to gain access to this country. choose the wrong way and you shouldn't be rewarded. it's just not mexicans coming thru our southern or northern borders anymore it's all kinds of ethnicities. some of those that wish us ill. if you want to let every Yan, Juan and Jaffari thru the border you better be ready to pay the price.

I thought i made it clear that I do want more, i am just happy to fiannaly have something, and thats not good enough for some of you. I agree with all of you, but I also am smart enough to know that doing whats best, getting the illegals out and actually securing the borders will never happen with the kennedy's and clinton's in washington.

Bush is yeaterday's democrat. He's a political puppet. The only reason he is putting troops on the border is because it's an election year and he knows he has lost his base because of his liberal ways and he's trying to get it back for the election in November. I voted for him the first time around but came to realize before 2004 that he is a bumbeling fool.

The next president will be a democrat. You can mark that one down. And it's because of this fool.
 
The thought just struck me (hard and it hurt), GWB is sending National Guard troops to the border, so what about the border states? Why didn't the Governors of those states do that? They are the "Commander in Chief" of the Guard. What an unbelievable mess. All because of a gutless Congress and gutless Governors. Hate to say it, but I believe that the USA we know and love is about over.

My complaining about hillary and ted has to do with the fact that the dumbasses up north keep voting them in, i can not do anything about that down here. Anyways,I have yet to see why so many of you are such anti goverment, anit politician people. I mean, we have what we have, bitching and arguing over this and that is why the democrats are gaining ground, anyone can see that. By not supporting our elected republicans in washington regardless of how soft we think they are, we are doing as much harm as any left winger.

I voted for the Constitution Party in 2004 and will again in 2008. They're beliefs are the same as the founding father's beliefs. If all of you so-called conservatives want the country back to the way it was supposed to be (according to the founding fathers) you'd vote CP in 2008 instead of playing with the republican party and all their false promises. www.constitutionparty.com

So.Dak, even though you may not like it, i agree with you, although i lean towards conservative libertarian( i want to do what i want to do, you do what the hell you want to do, just leave me the hell alone!). I will vote for these folks at the grass roots level, but for president i will do anything to keep a dem out of the whitehouse, and that means voting republican. however you have really interested me in the CP. Thats another lame label. I do not know of ANYONE here who is "anti-government". We have the best government this world has seen. The "anti-government" people are those who, for various reasons, want to dismantle the government we have, given to us by the founding fathers. Usually, that is the left (democrats, socialists, liberals, communists).

You might say that I am "anti-politician" because a "politician" is concerned with a personal agenda and his own re-election. A "statesman" is concerned only with the future of his country and the preservation of freedom for future generations. We have too many crooked politicians.

I totally agree with SoDak. I voted Constitution Party last time and will do so again.

Let me say a few things here in case i misspoke a time or two. I think that we need to send everyone back who is here illegally, but that is economically impossible to do. I think that we need thousands more BG's and Troops on the border to arrest, shoot, and deport any and all tresspassers, but the left wing of america will not let this happen. I think bush has screwed up a lot of crap, but i think he stepped up to the plate tonight, and while he didnt hit a home run, he at least got on base. I am not a defeatist, i just understand the facts of the world we live in. I am not here to ruffle any feathers, just to shed some light on some things maybe some people havent thought about. I think we all need to be in agrement and quit arguing amongst ourselvs, because the downfall of our country is right around the corner unless we gun-toting, stong armed died in the wool conservatives (regarless of political affiliation) get our act together and work as a whole. That and only that will keep the liberals out of power for a long time to come.
