What's your favorite gun you own?

Agreed I love all my firearms equally but I still can't get over how accurate the m44 is for being a surplus rifle. Its got really strong rifling still and no pitting. I'm working on bedding the stock and I just purchased a cheek riser for it the help with cheekweld. Btw that's an amazing rifle and I felt immediately under-gunned upon placing my eyes on it lol. Thanks for sharing.

Three barrels? Thats a whole lot of fun with one gun.

The more I see and handle the synthetic stocks, the more I like wood.

I guess out of pure enjoyment id save my savage 17hmr. I feel like a little kid shooting shooting it. Hap Po yvand excited every time. Its acurate and semi cheap and it has killed a LOT of critters.

Fun indeed.
She's seen allot of country and still chugging along just as well,,if not better,,than any of the new plastic/fantastic accuwidgets everyone's so enamored with these days.
I will admit though,, the first barrel wasn't anything to write home about and got replaced early on.

RIGHT NOW IT MY SAVAGE 300RUM WITH 30" MCGOWN BARREL STRAIGHT TAPER TO 1". TOP WITH A BUSHNELL HMDR. A CHOATE STOCK.

FALLOWED CLOSELY BY REM 700 22-250 26" HEAVY VARMIT.
BOYDS THUMB HOLE STOCK.TOP WITH A NIKON TITANIUM 5.5 X 15.

AND YES MY 22/45

I HAVE TO MANY GUNS BUT THOSE ARE THE LEAD RUNNERS. BUILDING A 243AI OR 22-250AI OUT OF A 243 SAVAGE I USE FOR BOTH DOGS AND WHEN MEAT HUNTING FOR DOES.

That was the first critter. Wouldnt come inside 309 yards so I put it on its eye and let her rip. All about shot placement dont ya know.

I think my favorite firearm would have to be my Remington 700 SPS stainless in .22-250. This is the most useful firearm I own for the hunting I do. It's light, weatherproof, extremely accurate, chambered for the perfect cartridge for its use, and 100% reliable over the years I've been hunting coyotes with it. The only change I've made to it after taking it from the box is to adjust the trigger to just over three pounds. While I own several other firearms, including purpose built AR's, that I like very much, this one just stands out.

Big difference between plastic and carbon Jim.
I'd still rather have a wood stock though. Just feels better in the hand.
We can sure agree on those Kimbers though and fortunately they also offer some pretty nice wood stocks.
