Yep, they sure will, granted most of the roads I'm hunting around are in rural areas with not much traffic. I've seen it countless times on snowy nights. I would have never known the coyote did cross the road coming to the call until I backtracked him in the snow to see where he came from and saw he crossed the road to get there.
My buddy Taylor and I were hunting one night and parked our truck at a pull-off alongside the road. We went up in a field about 150 yds from the truck and called and had a coyote cross the road, walk within' about 15 feet of the parked truck and came in right behind us. The truck nor the road, or the two fences he came through to get to us bothered him a bit, he was to focused on the howls coming from my TC that he couldn't resist it. So, again to answer your question, yes-they will!
