Zebra often hang out with various other species and serve as the lookouts for the bunch. Hard enough to slip up on a group of anything, but when Zebras are present stalking is even more difficult.

It is quite difficult to approach any of the exotics, as most are herd animals, usually 4 or more to the group+ there are so many other species, including native wildlife, almost invariably something alerts the target before you get within shooting distance, but it sure is fun trying!
 
Closest I could get to this buck was about 300 yards. He had 2 double main beams on his right side, one of which caused his right ear to droop.
