What is the greatest BS story you ever heard?

"All I can ever call in is foxes" UHH /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smiliesmack.gif! If you only knew /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

PS- This came from a very well knowledged coyote caller, who has only taken one coyote from his truck.

"I see atleast 2-3 bobcats everytime I go up ________ canyon... I walk up there atleast 3 times a week."

Told to me by a guy that I used to work with. He told a lot of stories... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

390 class bull
70 yards
windy as he!!
thru heart
complete pass thru with the arrow and 85 grain broadhead.

Then he shows me the video

20 yard gut shot (intestinesonly)clean thru

If that was 70 yards, it was a 4000lbs elk

No elk.

Killer bees are invading the US!

(well not gun related, but I'm a beekeeper and it's hilarious to hear people say that. About saying I can shoot my 22lr an 1/2 mile an kill squirrels with head shots all day long at that distance.)

Told to me by my 1st wife... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

"Yes, we (she & several male/female coworkers) got off-work at 11:30 pm."
"Some of us weren't tired, & I knew you'd be asleep, so when Mark asked me to go to the bar with them, I decided to go."
"When the bar closed at 2am, I asked Mark to drive me home."
"Yes, I know it's 7:30 in the morning!"
"What...is it a crime to go back to his place for a while so we could talk?"
"...I mean, geez, we're just friends!" /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smiliesmack.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smiliesmack.gif

Even though it has nothing to do w/guns or shooting, that would be the biggest BS story I was ever told. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

" I shoot praire dogs all the time at 600 plus yards"
Really? How much elevation do you allow?
" I raise the rifle (223) up until I can just see the tops of their ears (ears, on a PD?) in the bottom of my scope"

"Aw hell, I shoot coyotes at 1000 to 1200 yds a lot. Somtimes their runnin' like hell."
Golly sakes. Is that right? What caliber do you shoot and what power scope?
" Four power on a 22-250"

"I've been huntin' and callin' coyotes for almost 35 years now."
Wow! That is a long time. You don't look that old.
"I'll be 41 my next birthday"

this is from a guy i work with . the other day a fellow worker asked him how he shot the night before. ( he is on a bow league ) he said he had the best and worst night . he said that his second arrow robin hooded his first then his third arrow robin hooded his second arrow . he misses several deer each year. he shoots a old Darton .
he tells stories like this all the time. he also says he eats nothing but wild game. he is still eating caribou. he shot one three years ago.

I used to hear the one a lot. A guy (some customer) would tell us that his friend shot a deer and walked up to the dead animal and put his rifle (or bow) on the animals huge rack to take a picture. Then the animal would jump up and run away, (with the rifle or bow) because it wasn't really dead but just knocked out....

I would hear this BS story many times a year. Finally I asked this one fellow, what is his friends name so we can call him and I can meet this guy. Since I've heard about him many times and he is sort of a legend and all.

I never have been able to meet this guy, go figuire
