I'm going to eat some coyote meat

The next coyote I kill I am going to air skin. Then I'm going to cut the back strap out, throw it on the grill and give it a taste. I'm going to video the whole process so you will be able to see it's legit. Would anyone be interested in watching this?
 
I'd watch anything once. Might puke....but I'd watch.

Oh I can assure you it doesn't. I have had the displeasure of eating coyote, and it is pretty terrible. And let's just say I'm the least picky eater that I know. My advice: marinate it for at least 24 hours. It was edible with a long marinade. Without the marinade, it was pretty much nasty. Same coyote.
 
I've heard of people claiming that coyote bbq is tasty to each there own I guess ................ I don't know I might would give it a try heck I eat at shin-xing gourmet chinese all the time we all know what "gourmet" stands for. Make some carolina style coyote bbq and throw it on a potato roll with some coleslaw and hot sauce and I'm in

I think you will need a little more than just marinade, like a lot of ice cold beer to follow it down just to remove the taste from your mouth!
 
I will donate 10 dollars to the scholarship fund if you eat an entire backstrap. I know its not much, but neither is my job. Anyone else willing to donate money to the scholarship? I see a possible fundraising future in this post.
 
Lets see,,, How to pick the RIGHT coyote for your sandwich meat:

It has to be half bald from mange and been living in a prairie dog town where there is plenty to eat and roll around on since the PD's are in the middle of a major die off from the plague.. The 'yote has to be dragging his butt on the ground, back legs in the air, for a couple of hundred yards - de worming himself from eating that tasty road kill skunk that had rabies last week. Don't know if its tape worm, heart worm, or, just some grubby old gut worm thats bothering the 'yote. The desease factor is so bad the fleas are dying by the pound on this beauty!!!

YUP,,,, I'll watch you eat one... Sure thing, you bet.
