I'm going to eat some coyote meat

Guess no one likes Balut here either? I picked up a dozen balut's in Tucson 2 weeks ago when i went there for a VA appt and had 3 this past weekend......God i forgot how good they were! wife had to leave the room when i used a foot as a toothpick. actually my dinner was balut with cabbage and radish KimChi and Lumpia! I ate alone.
 
As long as you camera isn't eqipped with Smell-O-Vision, I'll watch.

Lumpia I can do, but Balut is down right NASTY. I just HAD to try it when I was in Subic Bay PI. Thank the lord for Red Horse and San Miguel bombers of beer.
 
There will be no marinade. The meat is going from the coyotes back to the fire so no one can say I did a meat swap. I skinned my first coyote Sunday night. The next one will be air skinned.
 
3x? Big fellas gotta eat more than that, I bet you wont eat two straps....Thats what a lot of people are saying....Just thought you should know....

I make coyote jerky every year and it gets gifted at Christmas. Course they don't now it's coyote. I been married to their daughter for 30 years and I figure I'll be even by the time I die.

Well If I had anything to donate I would, but I'm poor I dont got crap but I would add alot of seasing before it hits the grill.

It's kinda my calling card on all the sites I go to. Plus chicks dig the clown.

As for this ain't a circus. Have you read some of the posts on here? Most of us would fit right in with circus folk.

i have air skinned many animals and I think it works awesome
let the animals Firm up for a few hours insert the needle and inflate like a ballon
