The 45gr winchester ammo shoots pretty good in a buddys CZ. I dont shoot factory stuff in mine, all reloads. I havnt shot a fox with it either, I cant imagine it would be too awful hard on them. I turned a fox into a tripod last year with a .223 it was ugly. We dont have many of them around here, well come to think about it..... wasnt much of anything around this winter.
Have you thought about a shotgun, if you can call them to inside 40 yards, that is your best fur friendly option next to a trap.
